A LOOK AT ROYHART THROUGH TIME

Middleport author Fred Fierch will be holding a book signing event for his newest offering, “Royalton, Middleport and Hartland Through Time” from 11 a.m. until noon Saturday at the Royalton Hartland Community Library, 9 Vernon St., Middleport. The book is Fierch’s third overall and second on the area. The book includes vintage and modern day photos of the Royalton and Hartland area, with information and history on where the pictures were taken. Fierch, a retired social studies teacher, said he worked closely with historians from the towns of Hartland and Royalton, as well as the Village of Middleport, in order to put the book together.
